Afternoon,
Sorry to be so late but I've been out and about today, been to Swindon meeting up with a crafting pal. She left her camera in my car following craftathon last weekend so we thought we'd use it as an excuse to meet half way, at Snazzy's craft shop in Swindon!! Hee Hee - must remember that trick again! We nattered and shopped - the only disadvantage was that the fab little coffee shop two units round from Snazzy's isn't open Saturdays - BUM! Still, we found a plan B which worked ALMOST as well! I FINALLY bought that delightful Dylusions set with the birds on! Then I couldn't wait to get home and get cracking
Lilian set a challenge on the Craftbubble group Crafters Delights and her challenge theme is CIRCLES, which is also the theme for the March challenge over on Auntys so ..... (pardon the pun) two BIRDS one stone!!!
Materials used:
- 12½cm square white 250 gsm card and matching sized envelope
- Glitter paper die cut in to a scalloped circle
- White card die cut in to a smaller scalloped circle
- Sam Poole background image stamped using versamark ink and Violet pan pastel
- White card die cut in to a plain circle
- Dylusions birdie stamped using Memento tuxedo black
- Distress Ink seedless preserve sponged round the image and then water flicked, allowed to develop and then blotted dry
- White card die cut in to small plain circle before stamping the Kaisercraft sentiment using Versafine onyx black ink
Hope you like it - I knew I had to find a way to use my new images right away!

| I've been contemplating these birdies for AGES and have finally succumbed! |
Anyway, onwards and craftwards .... after an enforced absence of ten days (with no internet) I have a number of challenges to catch up with so - keep an eye on my blog.
Have a fab weekend
