Morning readers and welcome to the start of another week!

Hi there and welcome to Monday,

Welcome to new follower, Huntersmoon, nice to see you - hope you'll drop by from time to time.

Yesterday was a bit rushed as Lauren posted her themed challenge at a time which didn't leave me a whole lot of time . . . unfortunately, we had a BBQ (yes, a BBQ!!! the first of the season!) to go to at 2:30 so I was only able to dash off this Easter bottle tag - and take it with me as a gift!

Materials used:
  • Lime green ribbed card
  • Bottle of wine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Large diameter punch
  • Craft Stamper Freebie Easter image inked with Ranger Archival jet black ink on to white card and cut out
  • Pro markers to colour
  • Lime green and Purple card, for matting
  • Fiskars dot scallop edging punch
  • Narrow purple ribbon threaded through the dot scallop border and tied in to a bow round the bottle
  • Crystal stickles
The surrogates invited us to a BBQ as the last opportunity to get together before our vacation so there were eight of us, Chris, Becky, son Harry, Becky's mum (Dawn) and sister (Nick) and partner Alan plus us. New furniture had been delivered earlier in the day and it was most unfortunate that they sent the wrong chairs - we sat outside so as not to mess up the new chairs which will need to go back to Next asap! Chris, being a chef seemed to be doing nothing and then a great BBQ was served up! We chatted, at length, and played games and, I'm afraid, there were a few drinkies involved!!

L-R: Chris, Harry, Alan, Becky, Nick and Steve - most of the surrogates!!!
