Friday - woo hoo! It's the WEEKEND!

Hi folks,
Yesterday saw me heading out to lunch with Sally, my neighbour. We never make up our minds where we're going to go and sometimes we find it difficult to decide as neither of us really minds where we end up - it's just nice to spend some time together. We started off heading to the Florida mall but ended up in Kissimmee just stopping by a couple of stores. Sally had some errands to run and it seemed more useful, especially as she was driving!, to get those done rather than just mall walk! We managed to get most of Sally's errands done before lunch and stopped by Checkers for their burger and yummy spicy fries (SMALL isn't really SMALL - as I discovered!). Not quite done, we moved on to Posner Park and hit J C Penney where I tried on trousers but they were the right size but wrong length - still a work in progress then but I will try to look for them in LONG if I find myself in another JCP. We passed a Michaels and I DIDN'T go in!!!
And now for a little light crafting, once I got home!
Materials used:
  • 12.5 cm square white 250 gsm card and matching envelope
  • 11 x 10 cm black card panel
  • 10.5 x 9.5 cm kraft card panel
  • 10 x 9 cm white card panel
  • Stampers Anonymous "blueprint" acorn inked using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • Distress inks blended around the image using Tim Holtz blending tool: wild honey, tea dye, frayed burlap and black soot.
  • Water flicked over panel and then dried using kitchen roll

And here's a close up of the water flicking!

Hope you like it, this is a fab set from Stampers Anonymous - good for many occasions.

And an entry for the Pan Pastels challenge which, this week, is "WEDDED BLISS"!
