Slightly soggy Thursday!

Hi everyone,

Yesterday Wynneth, Tom and their son hit ours with the intention of lounging round the pool or rather, the girls planned to craft whilst the boys lounged!! It rained!! The girls still crafted but the boys hit Best Buy instead - so everyone was happy though no money changed hands!

Materials used:
  • 12.5 cm square, 250 gsm white card and matching envelope
  • Black card panel for matting
  • Sparkle 'n Sprinkle witch image inked using Hero Arts black ink
  • Distress Inks: dusty concord used to tint round the image and then water sprinkled and blotted
  • Alcohol markers used to colour, Deco Art "just glitter" marker for the moon
  • Purple fibre tied in an off centre knot

Hope you like it. I stamped and coloured some other images too but they've not reached a card yet so that's a project for another day!

Following some heavy duty crafting we adjourned to the Thai Thani for a delicious Thai meal .....

Phad Thai - yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm

OMG!!!! Dessert
It was then time for a trip up International Drive to show Wynneth's son some of the sights! Would have been quite pleasant had it not been raining!!

Then it was back to the temporary home of W&T for drinkies - not me though as I was driving, fortunately, it had stopped raining by the time we left in the frogmobile (so named after finding FIVE frogs hiding inside!) AND after we'd ejected two more of the little beggars!

Off to IKEA tomorrow, to look at cabinets! YAY! And to collect our chairs that have been in for repair - it's all go here!

Have a fantabulous Thursday peeps
