Second post of the day ..... another challenge card

Hello,

Me again, you knew I wouldn't waste much time cracking on with another challenge didn't you? Well this one fits two challenges .... again a black and white with a splash of colour for the Simply Less Is More challenge and also I chose to go with the "circles" idea from the Noughts and Crosses challenge on Craft Mad and Loving It - well, clocks are (mostly) circular after all - aren't they?

Materials used:
  • White, deckle edged, 300 gsm C6 card and matching sized envelope
  • 14 x 9 cm black card panel
  • 13½ x 8½ cm white card panel
  • Kaisercraft clock border and Stamp World (au) sentiment stamped using Versafine black onyx ink
  • Three red faux gemstones to add a manly "splash" of subtle colour (one in each of two corners and the 3rd - which you may not really be able to see in the photo - on the largest clock face)
And here's the matching envelope, instead of the Kaisercraft border I used a single clock image by cART-us

Hope you are continuing to have a good Saturday

Love the idea of decorating the envelope too - it just hinges on your collection of stamps, yours must be extensive!

Great card and it would be a perfect one for the guys too! I always have such a hard time with masculine cards. Nicely done.
