Here we go, Friday again!!! Woo Hoo

Hi there,

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr - woken by the "mass" murder of crows again this morning, there's blooming loads of them! I have NO IDEA where they've been all summer but they're back now and, for the third time in a week, it was an early start to our day!

FINALLY made it to the table of craftiness and decided on a Christmas card! It was RUDOLPH DAY on the 25th. I shall be entering this in to two challenges - one on craftbubble 2½ (registration required) and the other on Sarn's fabbylicious blog - see it here

Materials used:
  • 5" x 7" white, 300 gsm, scallop edged card and matching sized envelope
  • A6 iridescent glitter card (from a DCWV "naturals" stack)
  • Deep green card for matting
  • White card for image panel
  • Inkylicious tree and sentiment ...... tree inked in Versamark and then sprinkled with green tinsel embossing powder and heated. Sentiment stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Inkadinkado snowflakes stamped multiple times using Memento London fog and then highlighted with crystal stickles

Got rellies visiting today so nipped out last night and BOUGHT (shock, horror!) cake for afternoon tea! Whilst we were out we nipped round to the surrogates to return Zac's book, left here last weekend and delivered the Chef card to surrogate S-I-L, he starts his new job on Monday - GOOD LUCK, Chris, hope you will really enjoy this new job.

And now for the Friday Funny, this week courtesy of Marsha - and, presumably, because we see a lot of this particular type of aircraft around these parts!!! ENJOY

AIRCRAFT HITS FOUR BUILDINGS!!!

This is tough to see , but hard to turn away.

It just shows the dangers of attending these events.

The amazing photo below shows these dangers in great detail.

The pilot, operating at low level, had no control over his aircraft.

It narrowly missed a crowd gathered for the air show and slammed into four buildings.

One can only imagine the horror of the occupants inside those buildings.

No one   was killed, but it probably scared the crap out of them.

Go on, own up - you CHUCKLED!!!!

Happy Friday peeps, have a great weekend
