Welcome to the start of another week

Morning readers
Having made a couple of Christmas projects at the weekend (in the form of a Christmas card and ATC) I decided I wasn't done with the wondrous Kaisercraft non Christmas-y Christmas image!!

And here comes another one .....
The card

And the insert
Materials used:
  • 6" square white, 300gsm, scallop edged card and matching sized envelope
  • Red and black off cuts of card for matting and layering on the front and inside of the envelope
  • White card for the image panels
  • Kaisercraft "Graffiti" image stamped on the white card off cuts, using Versamark ink before applying pan pastel "permanent red" using a Sofft sponge. The image was then polished with paper towel before setting with cheap hairspray.
  • Craft Stamper free snowflake image (I'm going out on a limb here and saying it was probably by Chocolate Baroque but I HAVE slept since I ripped it off of the magazine!) and Inkadinkado sentiment stamped on both the image panels using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Crystal stickles to highlight the snowflake
The sentiment and snowflake image were also stamped on the front and rear of the envelope to co-ordinate. There, that's another Christmas card to add to the growing pile - just as well as Christmas WILL be here before we know it!! The nights are drawing in and the mornings are getting chillier so .... winter's on its way!!
Have a great Monday

Beautifully made Kathy, love the design. Start of another week? I don't know what's happened to the past few, they go so quickly.

Like the non Christmassy idea Kathy. I'm busy decorating, so can't do anything craftwise, and it's annoying the heck out of me at the moment. Nearly done with the painting though.
