Another post ... for a Sunday

Hi folks,

It's Sunday morning and the weather is pretty nice, despite the fact we're told it will be cold by mid week - I'm making the most of the warm weather whilst it's here.
Some more crafting from me, guess what? It's an ATC this time - you've not seen one of those in a while, have you?
Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • Distress Inks in barn door and fired brick, applied to ATC using a Tim Holtz blending tool
  • Leaf background stamped using the fired brick ink
  • Other images stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Stardust stickles used to highlight
And, following a trip in to Hobby Lobby ..... I used my phone app to get a 40% discount off of the mixed media book ..... which then had to get started!

Materials used

My first page
Materials used:
  • Strathmore mixed media journal
  • Distress Ink in worn lipstick, swiped across the page
  • Distress Ink in barn door sponged through TCW bingo stencil
  • Distress Ink in tea dye sponged through the Balzer Designs (by TCW) stencil
  • Gold and pearl acrylic paint applied to a non stick craft mat. I then squished a plastic top through and placed on the page.
  • Credit card dragged through black ink
  • Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous images stamped using Versafine onyx black and vintage sepia inks
Have a fab Sunday

Nice ATC Kathy. I'm not into such a small size, but I love your choices of colours and stamps.

great atc and I like your journal - is it a mixed media one because of the paper used?

Wahooooo . .. a mixed media book . . . looking suspiciously like an Art Journal! Looking good so far Kathy.

Also love the ATC and was surprised to see the images were by Penny Black!

Happy Sunday my friend.
