Totally Triffik Tuesday ...

Morning all,

I'd like to welcome a new follower, Lori Saul, hope you will stop by again from time to time and thanks for following.

Got a couple of crafting makes to share with you .... all done yesterday whilst the hubster was wrestling with a knotty problem - with our loo in the guest bathroom. The connection with the floor's been a little loose of late but it's turned in to a white knuckle ride (!?!?!?!)  so we decided it couldn't be left any longer. Without going in to too many details I'll just say that it ended up  in the garage for half of yesterday but all appears to be back in situ and sealed - THANK HEAVENS!

On to those craft makes:-

My card

And its co-ordinating insert and envelope

Materials used:
  • 15cm square white, 400gsm, scallop edged card and matching sized envelope
  • 14cm square white card panel (x 2 including insert)
  • Yellow card to mat with a narrow border
  • Peerless Water Colours in brilliant yellow and orange yellow painted across the front panel and set aside to dry
  • Inkadinkado circles, Precious Remembrance Shop circles stamped using Distress Inks: picked raspberry, mustard seed and spiced marmalade
  • Inkadinkado foliage stamped using Ranger Archival jet black ink
  • Precious Remembrance Shop sentiment stamped using Ranger Archival watering can ink
  • Stardust stickles to highlight

I'll be entering this card for the following challenges:-
  1. Craft Your Passion - challenge No. 262 - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Crafting from the heart - challenge No. 60 - ANYTHING GOES
  3. SweetStamps - challenge No. 222 - FAVOURITE COLOUR ... well my personal fave is purple but I am currently OBSESSED with the bright citrus shades and hot pink, for crafting - you've only to look back at my crafting over the last couple of weeks to know that's true!

And the other item .... an ATC

My Bleeding Art Tissue ATC

Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • White card snippet, cut to ATC size and treated with Bleeding Art Tissue in: purple, pink, orange and red
  • Inkadinkado image and Precious Remembrance Shop sentiment stamped using Ranger Archival jet black ink
  • Stardust stickles to highlight
  • Memento rosebud ink rubbed around the outer edges of the ATC, to finish

I've had one of my cards featured in Manly Monday - you can see it here, thank you Cindy

Happy Tuesday
