Morning and welcome to another Sunday morning

Morning readers,

First order of business this morning is to welcome my latest follower, Jo, thanks for stopping by - hope to see you again soon

Hope you are enjoying your weekend, ours (like always) seemed to have nothing planned and then .... there was hedge cutting this morning and the surrogates stopped by for a chat and a glass of wine - you know how it goes!

Anyhoo, a little light crafting has taken place - as it always must!

My card

And the close up of the Plaid dimensional gloss
(cheaper than Glossy Accents but takes JUST as long to dry!)

And my insert and envelope
Materials used:
  • 5" x 7" white, 300gsm card blank and matching sized envelope
  • Snippets of white card and red card - for image panel and insert
  • Recollections holly image stamped in opposite corners using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • Kaisercraft sentiment stamped using Brilliance pearlescent ivy ink
  • Pro Markers: lime, pear and forest and red and poppy
  • Signo uniball white gel pen to highlight
  • Crystal Stickles to highlight text
  • Plaid dimensional gloss to add a good shine to the leaves and berries

I'll be entering this make for the following challenges:
  1. Pixie's Crafty Workshop - challenge No. 197 - SNIPPETS CHALLENGE
  2. Simply Papercrafts - challenge No. 14 - ALWAYS ANYTHING GOES

love the clean sharp simplicity of this card - and those holly leaves with berries really do pop with that shine. Will have to check it out as my glossy accents seem to have dried up in the bottle!
hugs, annie x
