Saturday and a challenge entry from me

Morning all,

Well another dull old day has dawned at the Purple Palace but, since I've nowhere special to be then it's not like it matters to me one way or the other.

A good excuse to stay in and craft - like I need one of those!!! Anyhoo, it's Saturday morning and I usually like to crack on with a couple of challenges earlier in the day and today is no exception so .......

My card
And a view of the front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope

Materials used:
  • 12cm square white, 300gsm, card blank and matching sized envelope
  • One piece of white card, cut to 10½cm square, for the insert
  • Art Impressions clock face stamped twice using Memento London fog ink and the Close to my heart cogs/hands stamped using the same ink but stamped off once before making my impression
  • Inkadinkado sentiment (front and insert) stamped using Ranger Archival jet black ink
  • Paper Artsy splatter image stamped using Memento Bahama blue, stamped off once before each impression as the neat colour was just TOO LOUD MAN! (to quote a song!!!)

I'll be entering the above for the following challenges:-
  1. Simply Less Is More - challenge No. 284 - OLC ... TIME
  2. Allsorts - challenge No. 371 - ONE FOR THE BOYS
  3. Addicted to Stamps - challenge No. 201 - ANYTHING GOES
  4. Crafty Creations - challenge No. 319 - CAS (Clean And Simple)
  5. Twofers - challenge No. 23 - CLOCKS/TIME

Have a great weekend,peeps

Wonderfully CAS, and the blue splatter round the edges is a great touch. Fab card for our time/clockwork theme - well done Kathy!

Lovely card - it's great how you've managed to cram so much interest into one layer and still keep it CAS. Thank you for joining us at Twofers

Cool card Kathy. That sentiment is perfect and your clock face stamps look terrific in London Fog. The delicate blue splatters really lift the design. Great to see normal service is resumed as you managed to be one of the early bird entries to our challenge again this week.

Hi Kathy, this is a great male creation and a super CAS card.
I see that you have entered our challenge at Allsorts but you seem to have done it on a comment to me rather than entering it on the challenge blog. I am sure sure if you are aware of this, as it dose not show on the challenge blog, you need to use the link there.
Have a great week.
Thank you for joining our One for the Boys challenge this week at Allsorts, when you do!
