Monday and the start of another week

Morning all

Not a day I normally post but yesterday's post SHOULD have had a journal page in it but it was FAR too photo heavy so I took out the journal page and am posting it today, hope that's OK with you all!

And now here IS the slightly spooky journalling .... this so did NOT start off as a page likely to have spiders and crows on it but hey, life's like that sometimes isn't it?.

Materials used:
  • Crawford and Black A5 sketch pad page
  • White gesso, applied with a dried out baby wipe
  • Brayered background using Daler Rowney acrylic inks in pearlised Genesis green and purple lake and then Ranger pearl acrylic paint dabber - set aside to dry
  • Pebeo Studio iridescent green paint applied through a Dylusions stencil using a Tim Holtz mini blending tool and a foam pad
  • Pebeo Studio iridescent pink paint applied through a Stamposaurus smaller circle stencil using a Tim Holtz mini blending tool and a foam pad
  • Images from Stampers Anonymous, Dylusions, Hampton Arts and Inkadinkad - stamped using Ranger Archival jet black and watering can inks
  • TCW small circles stencil and Ranger Archival jet black ink, applied using cut and dry foam

When I nipped across to enter the panpastels challenge I discovered I had won a prize so, thanks to the lovely peeps there.
