It's the weekend!

Hi readers,

Yes, it's the weekend and almost the last one before Christmas too .. well you CAN go shopping next weekend but, why would you if you could avoid it so .... hope you have all your gift shopping safely "in the bag" .. if you want, I could come and wrap your gifts!! I do love to wrap presents!

I've an ATC to share with you first today, been a few weeks since I've made any and I DO like their smaller scale. 


My ATC
Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • Snippets of card in cream, grey, navy and black
  • Crafty Individuals (CI-372 Crowned bunnies) image stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • Faber Castell polychromos pencils used to colour
  • Stardust stickles to add a little twinkle!

And now for a Christmas card ..


My card

Materials used:
  • White C6/A2, 300gsm, card and matching sized envelope
  • White card cut to fit and red card cut to mat
  • Snippets of card in white, black and red die cut using MFT stitched rectangle dies
  • Inkadinkado glass image (from their Making Spirits Bright set) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • Faber Castell polychromos pencils used to colour
  • Kaisercraft metallic glitter gel pens used to colour bow and belt buckle
  • Mod Podge dimensional gloss applied to the "glass" areas
  • Precious Remembrance Shop (from the sketchy Christmas set) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • Black glitter tape (from a set of 3 rolls from Poundstretcher) used to carry the black "belt" across the card

  5. Jingle Belles - taking back our seventh - ANYTHING CHRISTMAS GOES

Materials used:
  • White C6/A2, 300gsm, card and matching sized envelope
  • Two pieces of white card, cut to fit
  • Clarity Stamp (matrix feather) image stamped using Kaleidascope spectrum ink
  • Hero Arts sentiment and row of dots (everyday sentiments) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • White card panels edged using Ranger Archival majestic violet ink
  • My image panel was attached to my card base using dimensional foam - thin enough not to result in my card becoming "LARGE" letter rate!
  • Wink of Stella clear gel glitter brush pen used to trace the feather and add a subtle sparkle and Stardust stickles to trace the "spine" of the feather and dots of the sentiment

Oh the Santa in a glass is so funny, but the card you;ve entered for the LIM challenge is just gorgeous, never the easiest to make or send, but this will sure lift someone's spirit.

LOVING the crowned hare ATC. Funnily enough I was looking at that very stamp set just the other day.

Also loving the very original Santa glass festive card.

And WHAT had you been up to that you need an "I'm Sorry" card, hmmm?

I love your CI bunny ATC and the wine glass like Santa's tummy is such fun, and the Clarity feather works a treat using a Kaleidascope ink pad Kathy, fantastic creations. x

Your ATC is cute-but not to cute...love the colours! And great colours and beautiful glassstamp on the 2nd, but my favorite is your LIM-card; love the colours and how delicate it looks! Enjoy the weekend and make it a fun week!

Another week with fabulous cards from you Kathy ! They all are beautiful but my favourite one is the rainbow feather you've made for our challenge ! It is absolutely divine in those colours and still very delicate, sophisticated and very CAS ! Love the sparkle touch on it too ! Thanks so much for sharing and for playing along at Less is More !
