Welcome to Monday - here comes another week

Morning readers,

Welcome to my latest follower "Love" - I'm sorry I couldn't find a link to a blog to return your visit but welcome anyway.

Here's hoping that your weekend went well, according to plan AND left you with some time to craft .. thankfully, mine did!!

My Artist Trading Coin
Materials used:
  • Snippets of card in cream, black and white
  • To give my ATC substance I adhered the black and cream layers together and die cut in to a 2½" circle
  • On the white snippet I applied Ranger Archival in paradise teal using a stencil brush
  • I then repeated the colour and method through a Stamposaurus chain link stencil then through a circle stencil (can't give you details as Stamposaurus no longer sell online!!!) and through an Imagination Craft numbers/cogs stencil (Counting Cogs)
  • I then die cut this image panel in to a 2¼" circle
  • I stamped the Craft Emotions foliage (130501/1237) and Precious Remembrance Shop sentiment (Positive Thoughts) using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • I edged the black layer with black ink and the teal panel with the teal ink before doodling on the black layer using a white gelly roll gel pen
  • Stardust stickles to highlight the foliage

Sarn's lovely work
And, as for my weekend...... the surrogates joined us for a BBQ and we were so lucky with the weather - it was a great evening, my apologies to my neighbours if we were a smidge noisy!

Yes, we put a mat down to cover a crack in the lawn ... and someone SAT on it!
Even the dog joined in the fun and games!
Back to the BBQ!
A fun evening

I love both your ATC's, round and conventional Kathy, and both you and Sarn have used the CE stamps beautifully. I think your doodled edges are very pretty too. Looks like your BBQ was such fun with the surrogates too. x

How great to see a round ATC Kathy and I love the dreamy soft blue stencilled ink on the background. Really striking!
