Saturday

Morning readers,

It's Saturday and nearly the end of August, it just whooshed by, didn't it? As it happens, I was out yesterday, leaving hubs in charge of my Table of Craftiness! Only joking! I'm met up with two crafty pals at Amelia's Crafting in Spernal Ash and followed our trip with a visit to Evesham Country Park and a wander around Crafters Companion!! Rounded off with a lunch at the nearby Beefeater, it was so lovely to catch up with my two friends over a leisurely day of shopping, nattering and lunching!! Woo Hoo! Such a shame about the traffic on the way home, the M5 northbound was in trouble (as I joined it heading south) and the southbound M5 and eastbound M4 was a parking lot so, I turned off and made my home via some A and B roads, much more scenic and I was, at least, moving!!! Here's a pic of my meagre stash! I'm almost ashamed!

My stash
Not familiar with Evesham Country Park? Check it out below

The large Crafters Companion store ... in which I found nothing to buy!!!
This, it has to be said, is almost unheard of, for me!
Snakes and ladders anyone?
Great recycling of a no longer needed bus!
In the meantime, today's make ....

Saturday - it's the weekend

Morning readers,

Here we are at the weekend again and I hope you all have something nice planned, especially as this is a Bank Holiday weekend!!! Woo Hoo! Surprisingly enough, it's SUPPOSED to be hot and sunny?!?!?!

I've been taking the air every morning as part of a plan to move more and eat less!! Blimey, infit or what? First week, I was puffing before I'd got very far ... STILL puffing but just not QUITE as quickly - hoping it's doing some good but - time will tell!

In the meantime, I've been rewarding myself  ... NO, not with chocolate, and spending some quality time at the Table of Craftiness! Want to see what I've been up to today? One of my most favourite techniques IS the layering of stamps/stencils and I really like the way this one turned out - hope you do too!
