Saturday and it's not many more sleeps till Christmas!

Morning readers

I've a make to share with you today .... since there aren't too many sleeps till Christmas I thought "why not make ANOTHER Christmas card?"!!! You KNOW that, at this late stage, I'm now working on my 2020 quota! Too late for 2019! Well, whilst I have the inspiration I thought I might as well crack on - just in case I find myself at the other end of the inspiration spectrum come November 2020 and totally UNABLE to think of a single Christmas card idea!

My card
And a closer view of the image and sparkle
The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope
Materials used:
  • White 5" square, 250gsm card and matching sized envelope
  • Two pieces of white card cut to fit
  • One piece of DCWV textured maroon card, cut to mat
  • Paper Artsy sentiment (JOFY17) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
  • Unknown rubber pine bough (bought as unmounted rubber at least ten years ago - my memory's just not that good!!!) stamped using Versafine Clair pinecone ink
  • Alcohol markers to add colour to the bough
  • Stardust stickles to bling up my image

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Make My Monday - challenge No. 111 - ANYTHING CHRISTMAS - 3rd entry
  2. Dream Valley - challenge No. 215 - CHRISTMAS
  3. Crafty Cardmakers - challenge No. 247 - CHRISTMAS
  4. Use Your Stuff - challenge No. 388 - IT'S CHRISTMAS TIME
  5. Crafting Happiness - challenge No. 27 - CHRISTMAS

And now for an Artist Trading Card, not made many in a while and, like buses two come along at once - hence there being an ATC from me yesterday too! At least it's not a Christmas card! I do love to layer up stamps so this ATC just kind of evolved ...

My ATC
Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • Snippets of card in black, red and white
  • I stamped the Studiolight "coffee stain" image (from SL363) and the Kaisercraft "Arty" image using Memento London fog ink
  • The StudioLight "Inspire today" image (from SL363) image stamped using Versafine Clair tulip red ink
  • The StudioLight "tyretrack" image (from SL363) stamped using Versafine Clair twilight ink
  • Stardust stickles applied to highlight the text boxes

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Creative Knockouts - challenge No. 329 - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Cute Card Thursday - challenge No. 613 - ANYTHING GOES
  3. Penny's Paper Crafty - challenge No. 461 - ANYTHING GOES
