Wot? Another weekend - how lucky are we?

Morning readers,

Guess what? Been at the Table of Craftiness and crafted an Artist Trading Card to share with you this morning .......

Materials used:

• ATC blank
• Snippets of card in black, DCWV plaid and white - who DOESN'T like to use some snippets?
• On the white card I stencilled Memento London fog ink through the Dutchdoobadoo triangles stencil - 470.715.120
• Memento rosbud ink stencilled through two Tim Holtz stencils from mini stencils set #35
• Craft Emotions image (130501/1237 "Herbs/Branches") stamped using Memento rich cocoa ink
• Stampers Anonymous (CMS155 "Simple Sayings") sentiment stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
• White, Sakura gelly roll gel pen used to doodle border

Some friends and I challenge one another (just for fun) to make a journal page per week using a one word prompt - this weeks word is "ASPIRE" and here is my make for it.

Materials used:

• One page from my Crawford and Black journal (£1 from The Works)
• Pebeo blue/violet iridescent acrylic paint brayered roughly over and allowed to dry
• Posca paint pen (black) used to doodle a line border and circles to fill in the overlap which I then filled in using a white posca paint pen
• Papermania alphabet stamps used to form the word "ASPIRE" stamped using Versafine onyx black ink which I then heat embossed using clear embossing powder
• Images from the Stampers Anonymous "Artistry" range (CSS25870 "Life's Possibilities") also stamped using Versafine onyx black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder
• Splatter from Paper Artsy's HTPPX01 stamped using Ranger Archival jet black ink
