Saturday - have a great weekend

Morning readers,

I've a make to share with you today ...

Materials used:

  • White, 250gsm, C6 card and envelope
  • Card in white and red, for my card front, insert and matting layer
  • Snippets of card in white and red, for my image panel
  • Stacy Stamps image (from "Sailing set" 442TT) and bird image (from THMM108) stamped on to my white snippet using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Pencils used to colour my images (a combination of Derwent Coloursoft and Prismacolour Scholar pencils)
  • Using a makeup brush and Versafine majestic blue I added some colour around the image
  • Silver glitter washi tape 
  • Once I adhered the image panel, I stamped the birthday sentiment (also from THMM108) using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Some dabs of stardust stickles to add some sparkle!

We recently took a vacation within a vacation, whilst in Florida, and headed to North Carolina, Charlotte, to be more exact ..... not somewhere we had ever been before. How lucky were we, with the weather too .. the preceding weeks had been seriously cold! If you have a moment, please join me whilst I revisit my trip.
