Welcome to another lazy Sunday

Morning all,

My hubby is still working at the model and hobby show today which leaves me free to craft without guilt and that's exactly what I've been doing. On the first day of his show I nipped to The Range and acquired both the card blank used below and the Gorjuss girl image - doncha just love it when you can get to use new SCHTUFF right away?

My card

The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope

And a closer view of the image panel
Materials used:
  • White 12.7cm square, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
  • Two pieces of card cut to 12cm square (one white and one navy)
  • One piece of white card cut to 11½cm square
  • Snippets of card in white and navy, for my image panel
  • Creative Expressions snowflakes (from CEC803 Snowflakes Kisses set) stamped using Memento Bahama blue ink on both my image panel and as a border on my base panel
  • Santoro "Gorjuss" Girl stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • Faber Castell poplychromos pencils used to colour image and background of my white card panel
  • Stardust stickles used to highlight
  • Penny Black sentiment (from the giving and receiving set) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink

I'll be entering the above for the following challenges:-
  1. TGIF - challenge No. 121 - GIRL, YOU ARE FABULOUS
  2. Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge - challenge No. 347 - ANYTHING GOES but with OPTIONAL challenge to MAKE IT GIRLY

  4. Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge EXTRA - August challenge - ANYTHING (Christmas) GOES
  5. Happy Little Stampers - August challenge - ANYTHING GOES with the OPTIONAL (and not used) theme of POINSETTIA
And then I decided it was time to deploy some images a friend sent to me a short while back, thinking I might use them, be rude not to then, wouldn't it?
