Friday rolls around again - got plans for the weekend?

Morning readers, 

I've a make to share with you today .......

My C6 card, and below:
The front/back/inside of my card and the front/back of the envelope

Materials used:
  • Textured white, 300gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
  • Textured and smooth white card, cut to fit, as my image panel and insert
  • Aall & Create image (#76) stamped, using my MISTI stamping platform, with Versafine Clair nocturne ink
  • Clearly Besotted sentiment (from "mini calligraphy") stamped using Versafine Clair paradise ink
  • Derwent Inktense blocks used to water colour the image

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-

And now for another make .... given the weather we had yesterday, it's particularly apprpriate!

My C6 card and, below ..

In case you couldn't see the spots/dots ... here's a closer view

Materials used:
  • White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
  • White card, cut to fit, for image panel and insert
  • Snippets of leftover textured pink card
  • Unity Stamp image (IB-JS-304 "dance in the rain") which I stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne, stamped again on to the textured pink snippet which I then fussy cut out to paper piece the umbrella and boots
  • That's Crafty dinky raindrop stencil (TC043) used with a makeup brush to apply Memento Bahama blue ink "rain"
  • Inkylicious "splatter" (from "splodge and Splat") stamped using the Memento Bahama blue ink
  • MFT sentiment (from CS-274) stamped using Versafine Clair paradise ink
  • Faber Castell polychromos pencils used to colour my image, blending with gamsol

I love your A & C train Kathy and some lovely bright colouring using your Inktense blocks, and the blue sentiment finishes it perfectly, and then the cute bird with the lovely dotty paper pieced umbrella and boots, and great finishing touches with the raindrops and puddle and another great sentiment with that wonderful blue Versafine Clair ink. x

Hi Kathy,
I would love a matching set of spotty brolly and wellies! Love the pencil colouring on the cute little bird and the whole design is so beautifully composed. Such a great use of mixed products too.
