It's the middle of the week - just gotta get over the hump!

Morning readers,

How's your week coming along? Did you enjoy an extra day off for the Bank Holiday or has it sent your week awry because today FEELS like Tuesday?

Been at the Table of Craftiness lately and working in my most favourite colour (I never find using this too much of a hardship!) ....


My card
 
The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope

Materials used:
  • White A2/C6, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
  • Two pieces of white card cut to fit
  • One piece of dark purple card, cut to mat
  • HoneyDoo splodge (from paint splodges") stamped using Brilliance pearlescent purple ink
  • Bee Crafty image ("sound waves - dots") stamped using Ranger Archival majestic violet ink
  • TCP sentiment (from S-5845-CL) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Rainbow Card Challenge - challenge No. 8 - PASSION FOR PURPLE
  2. Dragonfly Dreams - August 4th challenge - NO PATTERNED PAPERS
  3. Crafters Castle - challenge No. 20 - ANYTHING GOES + (optional) ANY OCCASION .. I went with Birthday
  4. Simon Says Stamp - Monday challenge - SIMON SAYS "S" IS FOR .... in my case SPLODGE
  5. Addicted to Stamps - challenge No. 356 - ANYTHING GOES
 

And, apparently, I ROCKED challenge No. 235 over at the Water Cooler this week too, many thanks peeps. Here's the card they liked.

I think this has the look of a cityscape with reflections in water and hills in the background and I love the purple tones. A fabulous card Kathy. x

Great card, Kathy. Love the splats combined with the computer music stamp. Always love the way you do the envelopes as well. Keep meaning to do this, but never get the card done in time, let alone the envelope 🙂
