TGIF!

Hope your week has been a good one, get up to much? Got plans for the weekend? We have an empty diary and, sometimes, that's great as it allows you to catch up on a few things - right now hubby's chasing his tail trying to finish the decorating - wish him luck!

I've a make to share with you today ....... a sassy birthday card!

My C6 card

The front/back/inside of my C6 card and the front/back of my envelope

Materials used:

• White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
• Card in white and pearl gold, cut to fit and mat
• Art impressions image (from 4409 "Cupcake BFF'S") stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
• MFT sentimenf (from CS-274 "Anything but basic birthday") stamped using Versafine Clair charming pink ink
• Clearly Besotted sentiment (from "mini calligraphy" stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
• Faber Castell polychromos pencils used to colour my image
• Using a makeup brush and Dutchdoobadoo stencil (470.715.609) I applied Adirondack raisin ink through my stencil, fading out to nothing .... to keep the card pretty CAS (Clean And Simple)
• Crystal stickles to bling up the cupcake "frosting" and sandals!

Whilst out for a recent walk I stopped to take this panoramic view - hard to imagine there are two MAJOR arterial roads AND two motorways less than half a mile away!
