Wednesday once more ....

Morning readers, 

I've a make to share with you today .......

My C6 card

Materials used:
  • White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
  • White card, black card and grey card for card front, insert, image panels and matting
  • Kaisercraft clock faces collage image ("Tic Toc") stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
  • Inkadinkado sentiment (from 60.30061 "Birthday Fun") stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. The Male Room - challenge No. 159 - CLOCKS
  2. Seize The Birthday - challenge No. 231 - ANYTHING GOES + (optional) SPARKLE AND SHINE
  3. Just Add Ink - challenge No. 589 - MINIMALIST
  4. CAS on Friday - challenge No. 224 - MALE
  5. AAA Cards - challenge No. 208 - BLACK+WHITE+ONE (in this case, grey)





And now for an Artist Trading Card, such a wonderful way to use up snippets - this one uses three such snippets!

My Artist Trading Card, measuring 3½" x 2½"
My background and focal image stamping

My stencilled matting layer

Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • Snippets of leftover card in white, black and Costco double sided DP
  • Using a makeup brush and Memento London fog I applied a light application over the white snippet
  • Paper Artsy background script (from ELB30) stamped using a 2nd gen impression of Memento gray flannel ink
  • Aall & Create sentiment and chess piece image (from set #122 - the chess piece is NBUS)
  • Paper Artsy honeycomb image (from ELB30 - NBUS) stamped using Memento gray flannel ink
  • On my Costco double sided layer I used a makeup brush and my Woodware stencil (FRST006 - NBUS) to apply Distress Oxide in black soot, to each corner - see above
  • Using a makeup brush and my Memory Box grid stencil (88517) I applied Memento London fog to the areas around my focal image
  • Black sharpie pen, used to add a crisp and narrow "border" to my base and white layers

Wow - love both of these.

Super birthday card suitable for all.

Loving the chess piece ATC in grey. That’s the sort of thing I’d add to an A6 card front!!!

The first is a fab masculine make in monochrome Kathy, and then the wonderful ATC with the A & C chess piece looking great with all the added stamping and stencilling and perfect over the stencilled background dp. x
