My Saturday post .....

Morning readers,

Crumbs, end of June today - tomorrow it will be  ... JULY! All the shopping networks will start talking about Christmas in July and there will be  back to school items in the shops, despite the fact the schools haven't finished for summer yet!!

I recently made a masterboard (using Fresco paints in bora bora, south pacific and zesty zing which I then stamped using a Kaisercraft bubblewrap image using white paint) and had a few bits left over, enough to make a couple of ATC's and then this little ATCoin.

My Artist Trading Coin
Materials used:
  • Snippets of black card and a left over piece of a brayered paint background die cut in to 2½" and 2⅜" circles
  • Foliage image stamped using black ink and then clear embossing powder applied and heat set
  • Two stickers from the Idea-ology book deployed and then doodled on using the paint pen
Rubbernecker floral 497-11, Tim Holtz Idea-ology "chit chat" sticker book
Versafine onyx black ink, clear embossing powder
Background made using fresco paints, brayered, and then Kaisercraft bubble wrap stamped
(not shown) Posca paint pen - black
I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-

I've made quite a few of these ATCoins lately, wonder if I'm done for now ... or not! So, for a bit of a change this past week or so .. a card from me! At Craftathon recently, we were playing with alcohol inks/blending solution/straws and foiling!!! Made for some interesting makes and, since it was lovely weather and we were able to work outside, no alcohol ink heads either!!!

Lovely and rich foiled card too. Brilliant effects from the alcohol inks.
