Morning and welcome to Sunday

Morning all,

Christmas meal with friends last evening, we were at the Sally Pussey Inn in Royal Wootton Bassett, fab company and a great evening .. food wasn't half bad either!

Another batch and, yes, they ARE Christmas cards ... at this rate I'll have enough for 2017! Using the MISTI it's almost easier to make batches than singles! That and the fact I have FINALLY obtained this gorgeous Santa image - well, what's a girl to do? Would you believe that I now have 25 towards 2017?!?!?!?

The first card made in the batch of three

My batch of Christmas cards

The back, front and inside of my cards and the reverse of my envelopes
Materials used:
  • 10cm square white, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
  • White card cut to 9cm square, 9½cm square and 4 x 6cm
  • Grey card cut to 9½cm square
  • Red card cut to 4½ x 6½cm
  • Red polka dot satin ribbon
  • Habico Santa image stamped on to white snippet using Ranger Archival watering can ink and lightly coloured using alcohol markers
  • Bling added using Wink of Stella clear glitter brush marker, Kaisercraft glitter gel pens and Stardust stickles, Plaid dimensional gloss added for the lenses of Santa's glasses
  • Hero Arts sentiment stamped using Ranger Archival jet black ink
  • Dimensional foam adhesive tape and double sided tape

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Pixie's Crafty Workshop - challenge No. 260 - USE SNIPPETS
  2. Craftbubble 2½ (membership required) - Rudolph Day challenge - USE RED AND GREY

Fabulous cards and such a great Santa image Kathy, one of the best I've come across! Guess what I just did, sigh - more prizes for the Playground Marathon Christmas Giveaway! Snigger, if they don't arrive in time I might beg you to use your image as a 'sample' please :)

Hugs

Di xx And you were first through the gates, yet again! :)

Beautiful batch cards, Kathy! I'm hoping to do the same in 2017, now that I've figured out how to use the MISTI without the magnets - color me happy!! It really makes making multiples (say that three times fast!) a breeze! Wishing you a Happy Christmas and blessed New Year!! Holiday Hugs, Darnell
