This morning sees fab news

Morning all and happy Saturday,

It's perhaps especially happy for my brother and his family today as they are celebrating his new job. My brother was made redundant (in his 50's) in September 2009 and has been seeking permanent work since that time and found out, yesterday, that he has a permanent job which starts on March 1st. I am sooooooo pleased for him as there is little quite so demoralising as wanting, and not having, a job. GOOD LUCK bro - needless to say - a card was in order AND I managed to use one of the limited edition clear stamps by Sir Tim of Holtz from the recent TSV in to the bargain thus making me one well happy bunny this morning!! Another CAS bites the dust too - they are just so perfect for masculine cards too, don't you think?

Materials used:
  • One tall thin white card, used landscape, and envelope
  • Tim Holtz clear image and do crafts sentiment stamps, inked in Ranger Archival jet black

It's also SKETCHIE DAY over on Craftbubbles Craft Mad & Loving It group and today it has been the turn of CHERRY to present the sketchie. And her twist? "All that glisters, glistens, shimmers, sparkles, twinkles, shines..." - now THAT is clearly going to take me out of CAS obsessive comfort zone this morning! isn't it?

HAPPY SATURDAY PEEPS, whatever you find yourself doing - ENJOY it!
